These herbs, grown in our Galilee Dreams Herb Gardens, capture the essence of the Galilee, where they’ve been cherished for centuries. We grow, harvest, and dry these protected plants to preserve their unique aromas and benefits.

Key Herbs:

Wild Marjoram (Majorana Syriaca): A modest herb with green-gray leaves, known for its antiseptic properties (Thymol & Carvacrol). This herb has biblical significance and is the main ingredient in Zaatar spice mix.

Sage (Salvia Fruticosa): Revered for its healing qualities, Sage has a stronger scent, known to alleviate breathing difficulties. It contains Thymol, Carvacrol, and Rosmarinic acid, enhancing its powerful, protective properties.

White-Leaved Savory (Micromeria Fruticose): A delicate shrub with a fresh, minty scent that symbolizes renewal. This herb is prized in herbal blends for both its flavor and aroma.
